Imagine no more as we're currently recruiting for a Lead .NET Developer on behalf of a company going through a period of Digital Transformation that can offer you all of the above and more.


The company

A profitable B2B van hire company headquartered in Darlington (a PLC).

70 locations. 50,000 vans. Customers include Argos, Amey and DHL.

They're a Microsoft Enterprise Licence holder which means they have a very close relationship with Microsoft.


The role

The majority of your work will be Greenfield.

One aspect will be to help this company create a system to facilitiate the van hiring process.

Another aspect will be getting involved with intregrations - they're creating a new CRM from scratch.

What's more, working here, you won't have to learn a lot of legacy code because all of their systems are being replaced.


Tech stack

They have a real desire to modernise their tech stack.

Currently they work with .NET Core, Docker and JQuery but they're moving to React shortly.

They're entirely cloud based too and you'll gain an Azure accreditation working here.

Required experience

Goes without saying, but you must have a decent grasp of .NET and CMS.

You must also have experience of leading or mentoring Junior and/or Mid Level Devs.
