You develop software. Who's developing you?

Doing the same thing repeatedly isn't just boring. Your skills decline. You embed bad habits. You stagnate...

Want to be better at what you do?

The catalyst is where you work.

But why would this employer be as committed to your development as you are?

As it benefits them as much as it benefits you.

So they’ll pay for Microsoft qualifications and training. They’ll give you personal development time and access to Pluralsight. They’ll have you working on the latest tech frameworks.

The better you are, the better they are.

The Company

A Newton Aycliffe firm that specialises in working with large charities and NGO’s. Rarely will you get the chance to develop your software skills whilst helping great causes and those in need.

They’ve delivered large-scale web and desktop-based projects across the world for over 10 years.

Having recently secured a number of large projects, they’re looking to further grow their existing team of .NET developers.

The Role

You’ll develop software across the full stack using .NET technologies, so you’ll need 3 years’ experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, Webforms and SQL.

You’ll also gain exposure to the latest JavaScript frameworks, Azure, Cross-Platform Development and Agile, that kind of thing.

Luckily, there’s a tonne of different projects so it’s not like you’ll be bored stuck working on one thing forever – you can get experience across a variety of areas.

Tech stack aside, it’s a great company to work for.

Great because they reward their staff.

They look after your money, with appraisals, a decent pension and performance related bonuses.

They look after your career, from training to paying for qualifications, they’ll support your growth.

They look after your work/life balance, with flexible hours, home working and up to 32 days holiday.

Plus, regular socials and company events to ensure you fit in well with the team.

Yes it’s a great company. Yes it’s a great role.

But that’s our opinion. It doesn’t matter what we think.

See what you think.
