You develop software but who’s developing you?

Doing the same thing repeatedly isn’t just boring. Your skills decline. You embed bad habits. You stagnate.

Want to be better at what you do? The catalyst is where you work.

This company will pay for Pluralsight and training. They’ll also encourage you to attend conferences.

They’ll have you working on interesting projects with the latest tech frameworks.

The way they see it - the better you are, the better they are.

The Company

A Leeds-based firm, a couple of minutes walk from the train station.

They deliver business critical software solutions for the like of O2 and Story Homes.

They have a flat structure which means you progress based on ability, not length of tenure.

Everyone is accessible, with a culture focused on collaboration and knowledge sharing.

The Role

You’ll develop software across the full stack using the following tech - C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript and SQL.

You’ll also gain exposure to RESTful APIs, Azure, TypeScript, .NET Core and Angular.

They work on a variety of different projects so it’s not like you’ll be bored stuck working on one thing forever.

Tech stack aside, it’s a great company to work for.

Great because they reward their staff.

They look after your money, with regular performance reviews, a decent pension (8%) and a cycle to work scheme.

They'll support your growth by paying for you to attend conferences and use online training.

They run regular social events such as team cinema trips, escape rooms, lunches and pub trips.

They get breakfast butties in every Wednesday and have month end beers.

They also listen to their staff – they’re increasing the holiday allowance next year from 24 to 25 days (+ bank hols) based on employee demand.

Yes it’s a great company. Yes it’s a great role.

But that’s our opinion. It doesn’t matter what we think.

See what you think.
