Ref: 210| Posted: 15th Oct 2019

Do you feel like you're just a number in a large company? Sick of following strict processes with regimental working hours? Want to be trusted and feel like you are appreciated?

Then I have just the answer!

The company

A SME software company based in York city centre that is built on trust. They’re an advocate for work life balance. As it is a small company your hard work will be recognised and rewarded, and autonomy is a big part of the role. You’ll play a massive part in their growth and moulding the company culture at this very exciting time.

Of course, I will say they are a great company, but the Queen of England also thinks so as they've been recognised with the Queen’s award 2019 and recently been featured in the Yorkshire post.

Impressive, huh?

From “Pie Day Friday’s” to working with a great bunch of people to flexible working hours- it’s a no brainier really?!
